1 Introduction & Agreement

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the user ("user" or "member") who accesses, registers, deposits/withdraws, and plays games on the myn77 online platform (myn77.mom), and the myn77 platform.

From the moment you access this platform with a single click, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms and conditions, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using this platform.

2 Account Registration and Sign-Up

2.4 Account Security

You must keep your login credentials (Login ID, Password) confidential and must not share them with anyone. If a third party plays on your account, those plays are considered to have been made by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately via live chat.

3 Age Restriction

The myn77 platform is for players aged 21 and above only. We strictly enforce that anyone under 21 is not permitted to play. You must enter your date of birth accurately when registering. If a check reveals that a player is under 21, the account will be closed and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with our policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. All deposits must be made using your own payment method; third-party payment methods are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used to deposit. All bonus-related wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Verified withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour. In some cases, verification checks may cause a slight delay, but we aim to process withdrawals as quickly as possible.

4.4 Currency

All amounts on this platform are handled in Myanmar Kyat (Ks / MMK). In any matter involving exchange rates, myn77's decision is final.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The myn77 welcome bonus is a 100% match on your first deposit (up to 500,000 Ks). To withdraw this bonus, you must complete a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount.

For example —

• If you deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, your balance will be 40,000 Ks, and you must wager 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks.
• If you deposit 1,020,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, your balance will be 1,520,000 Ks, and you must wager 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks.

If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus amount and any winnings obtained from the bonus will be forfeited.

5.2 How to Claim a Bonus

Each bonus can only be claimed once. Accounts found to be withdrawing and re-depositing to claim a bonus again may be suspended immediately. If an account is found to be using a bonus to play games in a way that guarantees a return (arbitrage), the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 Right to Modify Promotions

myn77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice. Promotions already in progress will continue under the terms that were originally stated.

6 Gaming Policy

6.1 Erroneous Plays

Plays that result from a technical error or incorrect odds may be declared void by myn77, and any winnings from those plays will be forfeited.

6.2 Activity Review

Every gaming transaction is recorded, and any unusual pattern can be investigated and acted on accordingly. This includes strategies such as bonus abuse and sure-betting (placing bets on all outcomes), even if claimed otherwise.

6.3 Founder Bounds

Player funds in a myn77 account are held in a secure, priority location, and player funds are kept separate from the platform's own funds.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited—

1. Opening more than one account per person (multi-account).
2. Depositing and playing with funds belonging to a third party, not yourself.
3. Abusing bonuses in a way that goes against the bonus terms (bonus abuse).
4. Money laundering or any similar activity.
5. Using a bonus with the intention of withdrawing without genuine play (chip dumping).
6. Using bots, scripts, or macros connected to the gaming software.
7. Treating staff or other players in a way that causes problems.
8. Attempting to breach the security of the platform (hacking, SQL injection).

If any of the above prohibited actions are found to have been committed, myn77 has the right to immediately close the account and handle any remaining funds in accordance with policy.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Self-Closure by the User

Users may contact us via live chat at any time to close their own account. Transactions and gameplay completed before closure cannot be reversed.

8.2 Platform's Right to Suspend

myn77 may suspend an account without prior notice and hold related funds in cases believed to involve a breach of these terms, unlawful activity, or financial fraud.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login or gameplay activity for 6 consecutive months may be classified as "dormant accounts." To reopen such an account, contact us via live chat. Any remaining balance in those accounts is retained, but there may be withdrawal time limits at the point of reactivation.

9 Privacy Policy

10 Limitation of Liability

myn77 makes every reasonable effort to deliver gaming services, but does not accept responsibility for the following—

• Financial losses arising from the user's own decisions.
